PLEASE NOTE: You must submit
your $350 application fee to us in order for your form to
be accepted. This fee will be your security deposit if you
are accepted. If your application is denied or if you are
unable to move into KOA Evanston, $300 will be refunded
and we will keep a $50 application fee. If you sign a residential
lease form with us and break this lease at any time, this
security deposit will be forfeited. Please make all checks
payable to: KOA Evanston, LLC

and agree that Evanston Heights Apartments may verify any and all

non-acceptance of this application and/or immediate eviction.
